Lots of nice sites here. We're on site 27, full hookups right on the lake. Some sites are pretty steep so be aware of that if you need more tools for leveling your camper. Lots of good 5th wheel spots and many more travel trailer sites. Playgrounds for the kids and wash rooms are available if needed.

We always enjoy or stays here. Clean well kept campground. Just be careful when making reservations, some very unlevel sites here. Good roads and asphalt sites.

Lovely well maintained COE park, registered online and got a discount using Senior Pass. Site #37 is Full hook up, most W/E only with dump station nearby. Narrow paved drives, some unlevel. Comfort stations older but very clean. Yes we'd stay again.

Excellent Corps of Engineers campground. Large sites, many with full hookups. Some road noise from I57, especially with wind from east. All sites are hard surface, north to south level can be iffy.

We stayed in the camping grounds. Excellent campground. Very clean bathrooms. I could have stayed way longer. 💯 we are planning to make this campground our spot to stay between illinois and Arkansas. We ride motorcycle and need an in between. Loved this place. ❤️

Nice Campsite with a nice lake nearby. The area is clean and beautiful. Very little problems with the camping sites themselves. However the shower/bathrooms are beyond terrible. It was 85 degrees with 78% at 5pm outside. But inside the shower room it was hotter and more humid. The shower is always running and when it’s off it spews out very hot water . The toilet paper is holder is a flat and rusted metal that is wider than the Toilet Paper roll. So you can’t roll the toilet paper you have to unwrap it. In other words it’s so hot you have to use cold water to be comfortable and you will struggle to wipe yourself clean as you’ll be sweating so bad the TP will dissolve and that’s only if you Could get a square off of it. So to recap, it’s a great location with good views but the only service actually provided by the campground isn’t good at all.
